23/2/2016 | Ioannis Doukas, president of the Board and General Manager of Doukas School for 48 years and one of the most important persons in the history of Greek handball, dies aged 89. In 1979 he founded the Athletic Association of Doukas (ASED), a multisport club based in Doukas School where he was president until 2014 and Honorary President during the last 2 years. In his honour, the Greek Handball Federation will name the Men’s Handball Cup Final 4 which will be held in Loutraki on 28-29/2/2016 after him. |
